Deron GenerallyWith the two lead actors already chosen for the live action Shazam film, the rest of the casting for the film is going to be coming soon.
That being said, a new member of the cast has been announced for the DC Comics film. Actor Jack Dylan Grazer will be joining the cast of David F. Sandberg’s Shazam film. Grazer is best known for his role as hypochondriac Eddie Kasbrak in the smash hit Stephen King adaptation IT, which has grossed $688.3 million dollars on its $35 million dollar budget.
Grazer has been cast in the role of Freddy Freeman, “Batson’s best friend and the only person who knows the truth about Shazam.” Grazer will join Zachary Levi as Shazam, Asher Angel as Billy Batson and Grace Fulton.
