Deron GenerallyMore casting news is coming in for the upcoming IT Chapter 2 from Warner Brothers and director Andy Muschietti.
The newest cast member was announced today in Variety that Warner Brothers has found its adult Ben Hanscomb and it is actor Jay Ryan.
Ryan is a New Zealand actor known for his roles in series like Top of the Lake and Beauty and the Beast on the CW. He is currently starring in the series Mary Kills People and has another mini-series Fighting Season currently in post-production.
Ryan will join director Andy Muschietti and actors Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy, Bill Hader, James Ransone, Andy Bean and Bill Skarsgard in the sequel. The only cast member yet to be announced is who will be taking on the role of the adult Mike Hanlon.
Production is expected to begin this summer with the film set to be released September 6, 2019.
