The Rundown: Everyone is on the hunt for Harley and she has a final reckoning with her ex.
After robbing Joker and returning the loot he and every other criminal in Gotham stole, Harley is the most wanted woman in the city. As the Birds of Prey fight off the people looking for her, Harley finds herself face to face with Joker and his new gal Harley Sinn. To make matters worse, Poison Ivy has been gassed and her life hangs in the balance.
With the odds stacked against her and her new friends on the way to help, Harley will bide time the only way she knows how, but antagonizing Joker and his new accomplice. With both their lives on the line, will Harley be able to keep herself alive long enough to give Ivy a chance to wake up?
The Story: Conner and Palmiotti are killing it with this series. This issue is fun, light and full of energy. The dialogue is fantastic and veers into some brilliantly absurd directions throughout. The character relationships are the highlight of this story and I loved how they reacted to the moments as well as each other. This is a great story and it comes together to a beautiful conclusion the emphasizes how unique and interesting this character is.
The Art: Conner delivers some beautiful art in this issue. There are so many great visual moments throughout and the imagery is fun and inventive.
