Deron GenerallyWhile fans eagerly await Avengers Infinity War to hit theaters next year, Avengers 4 continues to film around Atlanta and other locations across the globe.
With that in mind, Iron Man star Gwyneth Paltrow posted some pictures in between filming that seem to suggest that her character Pepper Potts might be suiting up to take on the threat the Avengers are facing. Paltrow had a brief flirtation with wearing Tony’s armor in Iron Man 3 and from the photos, she is wearing a motion capture suit which would seem to suggest that she might be donning it again, or a big screen version of her Rescue armor from the comics.
Is Potts taking over for a missing or injured Tony Stark? Is she donning her own armor to take on a threat that the other Avengers can’t get to? Is she part of the new Avengers team hinted at forming in the wake of Infinity War? We’ll have to wait and see.
Avengers: Infinity War is due out May 4, 2018. Avengers 4 is currently filming.
