The Rundown: Morganne deals with unrequited love as a dark mood falls over their time with the band.

As she and the others continue to travel with the band the Moon Show, Morganne continues to deal with her love for Gaia and her feelings that something is missing from this experience. Something that is creating a barrier between her and the others. While some see it, others continue to dive deeper into the sex, drugs and rock and roll.

While Gaia immerses herself deeper into drugs to block out the dark vision that she had, Lisa becomes more jealous of the others and her outburst after a show leads to her being removed from the situation. An act that will bring her face to face with a dark evil that is looming around all of them.

The Story: Mullane consistently crafts an engaging, atmospheric story in this issue. I continue to enjoy the emotional layers along with the complex and compelling characters. The mystery in this series continues to intrigue me and every issue has me excited to see where the story goes next and just how dark it will get.

The Art: Lotay’s art is sublime in its beauty and detail. It captures the emotion of the moment as well as create unique and appealing imagery that draws me in with each page and panel.
