The Rundown: Hal takes on an enraged Sinestro determined to destroy the universe.
Hal takes on a rage filled Sinestro in the skies over the city. At the same time, Carol sends in air support while fellow members of the Justice League stand down to investigate the attack. With Sinestro tapping into the rage of the emotional spectrum, he decides to destroy the world before returning to conquer his own.
As their battle rages, Hal finds himself bolstered by the power of his ring, but its new limitations will make stopping Sinestro a lot more difficult.
The Story: A fun, thrilling adventure from Adams. The story is filled with great action and suspense. Not only are there great action elements throughout the story, but there are some fantastic reveals that make this series interesting and incredibly entertaining. I really enjoyed the end of the issue and the reveal about one of Hal’s closest friends.
The Art: Xermanico and Godlewski deliver fantastic art in the issue. The action is visually thrilling throughout and captures the imagination visually.
