The Rundown: Goliath is captured by humans and Hudson rallies the clan for a rescue.
Goliath has been captured and Hudson prepares to free him until he is stopped by Matt who tells him that he needs to stand down before more people get hurt. With Goliath in the custody of the authorities, Elisa confronts her partner while Hudson rallies the rest of the clan for a rescue.
As Goliath’s case comes before the justice system, Brooklyn leads a small team to set him free. As they reach him, Goliath gives them an unexpected response.
The Story: Weisman does something incredibly interesting with this issue. The tension in the story is great and so is the immediacy. While the ending of the story is a little predictable, the journey to get to it is definitely worth the read and sets up some interesting plot points that I look forward to seeing develop.
The Art: Kambadais delivers some fantastic art in the issue. The story is definitely focused on the character reactions to the events and those moments are visually thrilling.
