Written by Brian Michael Bendis

Letters by Josh Reed
The Rundown: Lois Lane is ready to break the story on Leviathan and the reveal will be only the beginning.
Superman and Plastic Man are at the mercy of Leviathan at their secret base. Talia and Silencer have gone after Manhunter in a bid to track Leviathan and are surprised when Batman and the other detectives spring into action. With the revelation of who Leviathan is, it will be up to Lois’ secret detectives to take the teams to the base and liberate it.
At the same time, Lois Lane is breaking the story on the identity of Leviathan and she will need everyone from Superman to Green Arrow to fill in the blanks.
Leviathan plans to reveal everyone’s secrets across the world at the same time and it will be up to the ultimate spymaster to stop him before its too late.
The Story: So Leviathan has been revealed and I have mixed feelings about it. For all the hype, the final reveal felt a little underwhelming. For fans of the character and the DC universe, it is a really deep cut, but those unfamiliar the final revelation could leave them cold. The plot by Bendis is well done and the mystery was compelling, but the red herrings he introduced were more interesting than the final result. It will be interesting to see where the story goes next and what Bendis plans to do with the world he’s created once the truth is out there. So there is that to look forward to.
The Art: Alex Maleev does an excellent job with the art in this issue. Every panel has the look and feel of a great painting. The use of color and the stylistic choices are fantastic.
