The Rundown: Catwoman tries to escape the city with her prize as more changes come to Gotham.
Catwoman and Gordon rush to escape Gotham with a comatose Batman, but their route out of the city is blocked by the Orghams forces. At the same time, Arzen Orgham is confronted by his mother who knows who has betrayed them.
An unexpected rescue from an old enemy will give Selina the opportunity to escape the city. As Gotham continues to forget the Batman and his presence in the city, Selina hands Bruce off to someone who will take him on a journey to free himself as forces loyal to Barbatos begin to hunt him.
The Story: An exciting, sophisticated and thrilling adventure. Ram V delivers great moments for the characters as well as a gripping and entertaining story. I love the dark tone of this story as well as how much tension is created throughout the plot. There is a great moment between Selina and Talia that speaks to Batman’s journey through the machinations of others and how this time will be different. A line that makes me excited to see what happens next.
The Art: Alexander and Perkins deliver beautifully tense and suspenseful art that brilliantly captures the tone of the story.
