The Rundown: Batman is set to be hanged and Catwoman’s team begins their plan to rescue him.
The Orghams present Batman to the public for his hanging and his resistance to the Azmer might be enough to turn the tide of public opinion. At the same time, Catwoman and her team begin their plan to rescue him by distracting the Orgham’s soldiers with simultaneous attacks from Freeze, Azrael and others.
As the plan continues, some familiar faces look on the proceedings and wonder what will happen next. As Catwoman moves into position for the next part of her plan, she discovers the tru power behind the Orghams and the lengths she will go to win.
The Story: An intense and tension filled story from Ram V. The dark tone of the story continues to keep me riveted. There are some great action moments throughout the issue as well as some fantastic moments of suspense. This arc continues to create some great moments for the character and I can’t wait to see where it ends.
The Art: Alexander’s art is perfect for the tone of this story and the arc specifically. The visuals are dynamic and beautifully dramatic.
