Dove Cameron, best known for her roles on Disney’s Liv and Maddie as well as the highly successful Descendants TV movies has taken on a new role.
According to the actresses social media feed, Cameron will be joining the cast of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The announcement was confirmed on the official Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D Twitter account. No word yet on what character Cameron will play on the series or whether she is joining for an extended arc or as a series regular, but it looks like her character will be working closely with Phil Coulson when she joins the cast.

Cameron joins fellow cast members Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Henry Simmons, Ian De Caestecker, Natalia Cordova-Buckley, Elizabeth Henstridge, Nick Blood, Jeff Ward, Eve Harlow, Pruitt Taylor Vince and Coy Stewart for the new season starting Friday December 1st on ABC.
