The Rundown: Bree Hale finds her plan complicated by the arrival of an old flame.
With Hunter still on the run, Bree continues her mission to take down Monk Sinclair and his men in order to keep her brother safe. A mission that becomes more complicated when her former boyfriend and current police detective Dane decides to get involved. After interrupting her latest rampage, Dane decides that it’s time the two of them work together to protect Hunter.
Unfortunately, Sinclair’s men catch up to the pair and it becomes a firefight through the woods with Bree and Dane having little ammo and no where to run. In order to save them both, Bree makes an unexpected choice.
The Story: Justin Jordan continues to impress with the action, energy and fun of this story. Bree is an engaging character. Her actions and dialogue are great. There is so much fun to be had in this story and this issue makes me want to read on. I can’t wait to see what happens to these characters that Jordan has made so dynamic and interesting.
The Art: Benjamin Tiesma delivers some great art. The characters look fantastic and the action is thrilling throughout. A great looking issue from start to finish.
