The Rundown: Bodhi tracks down the Keep and discovers the shocking truth.
After being held for years by the Keep, young Bodhi attempts to return to his normal life, but finds things are more difficult than he imagined. Back in the present, he finds himself in the Keep’s lair and discovers many more victims in various states of torture including the young man he’s been looking for.
Bodhi finds himself facing off against the man who tormented him for years. After confronting his greatest fear among the dark tunnels of the Keep, Bodhi will find his world turned upside down again when he finally discovers the truth.
The Story: Snyder delivers a story filled with great action and tension. There is a fantastic progression throughout the issue and giving more context to Bodhi’s back story was a great touch. I did see the ending coming throughout the issue, but it did deliver the reveal well. The only thing that bothered me was the regression of Bodhi’s arc in wake of the finale.
The Art: Sherman deliver some great art in the issue. The visuals deliver on the horror, darkness and tension of the story perfectly.
