The Rundown: Matt gets help from Doctor Strange to discover the source of the demons attacking his friends.
Matt takes to the roof to pray for guidance and after getting some advice from a friend, he is visited by Doctor Strange who gives him the means of discovering the source of the devils attacking his friends and he finds out that it is him.
Traveling to hell, Matt confronts the darkness within him and makes a decision that will bring him back to the world with a renewed sense of purpose and a new mission.
The Story: Ahmed delivers an entertaining and engaging story for Matt in this issue. The ramifications of his return continue to be a great source of drama and I like seeing him facing his own internal struggles and becoming something new in the aftermath. I look forward to seeing what this new Daredevil can do.
The Art: Kuder offers some beautiful art in this issue. The character designs are beautiful and the action is visually thrilling. The hellscape version of Hell’s Kitchen is beautifully designed and scary in its scope.
