The Rundown: More heroes join the fight to stop the infection, but Patient Zero might be too powerful to stop.
Danny Rand knows that he can’t stop the Urchin or the infection on his own, even with Sparrow at his side. When Thing shows up carrying the remaining members of the Fantastic Four, Danny realizes that he is going to need some help.
Luke Cage is in bed with Jessica Jones when he gets a call about the contagion raging in Manhattan. After promising to be safe, he heads to the area while Doctor Strange tries to find answers from Reed, Johnny and Sue. After contacting the Avengers, Strange and the others head back into the city when Urchin arrives to infect more people.
In the midst of the battle new heroes arrive to help out, but the force they use to hold the contagion at bay fails at the worse time and things start to get worse.
The Story: A well-paced, fun progression for this intense story. The dialogue is fantastic and the choice of characters to face this threat is inspired. Brisson keeps and holds my attention with the way this story is unfolding and I can’t wait to see where it goes next.
The Art: Stephen Segovia has some awesome art in this issue and there are panels filled with brilliant details and fun reveals throughout.
