The Rundown: The Crisis Command and the rest of the world are on the brink of destruction as Frontier makes one last effort to save the planet.
With the world teetering closer to destruction, Frontier gives her teammate something that could possibly stem the tide as she prepares to confront her villainous double. With Prizefighter down, the rest of the Crisis Command finds themselves facing off against the Radiosapiens and looking for any advantage.
As Executrix’s forces show their true faces to the world, Frontier confronts her double, but it might be too late for everyone. With the crisis growing larger, the thoughts of the people resurrect one hero and might hold the key to the future of the planet.
The Story: Steve Orlando brings element of frenzied excitement to this issue. There is great drama and action throughout as the characters grapple with their enemies as well as the fate of the world. There are great ideas throughout this series and they come to a head in this issue. I really enjoyed the action and the scope of Executrix plan. I also really enjoyed how the team comes together as the story moves to its big and unexpected cliffhanger ending. I’m excited to see where this story goes next.
The Art: Tinto delivers emotion and tension with the art in this issue. There are so many great visual moments throughout and the action was incredible.
