James Gunn’s upcoming sequel to Suicide Squad is coming soon and one of the newest members has found his voice.
According to Deadline, writer/actor/comedian Steve Agee has been cast to voice Suicide Squad villain King Shark in the upcoming sequel The Suicide Squad from Warner Brothers and writer/director James Gunn.
King Shark was created by Karl Kessel and made his first appearance in Superboy #0 in 1994. He has made appearances in several comic stories and on screen as a villain on multiple episodes of The Flash television series on The CW.
Steve Agee is known for roles in films like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 as well as television series like Superstore, You’re the Worst, New Girl and the Sarah Silverman Program.
James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad opens in theaters August 6, 2021.
