According to Netflix, actor Cary Elwes has been added to the cast of Stranger Things for its upcoming third season. According to the release from Netflix, Elwes will be taking on the role of Mayor Kline. Kline is described as your classic 80s politician — more concerned with his own image than with the people of the small town he governs.
Elwes is known for his roles in films like GLORY, DAYS OF THUNDER and BRAM STOKER’S DRACULA, box-office hits HOT SHOTS!, TWISTER, LIAR LIAR and SAW, and the cult classics ROBIN HOOD: MEN IN TIGHTS and THE PRINCESS BRIDE.
