The Rundown: Sam Wilson finds himself facing off against his partner.

Sam’s mission to stop the White Wolf is interrupted by the return of Joaquin who needs his help, but cannot control the dangerous urges within him as he attacks. Both Nomad and Sam have to fight to get him under control, but the powers he manifests are making it difficult.

At the same time, the rebel forces working with Sam decide to continue the mission. While Sam battles his friend, the White Wolf prepares the next part of his plan. In the aftermath of the fight, Sam makes a dangerous vow to end the White Wolf once and for all.

The Story: The Falcon distraction is an interesting card to play by Onyebuchi, but it works to keep Sam off balance while the White Wolf prepares his next move. The story is entertaining and filled with great action throughout. I not only enjoyed the evolution of the story, but also the growing rage in the character leading to a decision from Sam that sets him apart from the mantle of Captain America.

The Art: Silva creates some intense imagery throughout the issue. The action is filled with non-stop visual thrills and I love how the imagery matches the intensity of the story.
