Deron GenerallyThe limited series Fence from Boom! Studios has been incredibly popular and received critical acclaim for its action, heart and fun.
Boom! Studios has announced that the limited series will be upgraded to an ongoing series beginning with April’s Fence #5. The series from C.S. Pacat with art by Johanna the Mad centers on the world of competitive fencing mixing the adrenaline rush of action with teen soap opera drama and a manga style.
In a press release from Boom! Studios writer C.S. Pacat said; “Thanks to everyone who supported the comic and gave us this incredible chance!” said C.S. Pacat. “I’m so thrilled we’ll be able to continue the story. Here’s to us aiming for the state fencing championships together with the cast of FENCE!”
Artist Johanna the Mad stated; “This is so exciting!” said Johanna the Mad. “I can’t wait for everyone to see what we have planned for the future of FENCE.”
