The Rundown: Blade and his friends have their final face off against the Adana.

After destroying a repository for magical knowledge, the dark forces guarding it go after Blade and his friends. After taking on a veritable army of darkness, the darkness Blade is using to keep himself and his friends alive begins to take over him.

While his friends worry about him, Blade is confronted by Satanna. She tells him that the darkness he is consumed by has given her the ability to track the Adana to where she is hiding and Blade and his allies find themselves facing the embodiment of evil in a final battle. A battle that might already be too late to claim victory for the world over.

The Story: Hill brings this arc to a dark and complicated conclusion. The story has built to this moment and there are elements throughout it that let you know that victory is going to be more complicated than Blade realizes. The rising tension is handled beautifully and the story brings together some great action and thrills that make me excited to see where the story goes next.

The Art: Casagrande delivers some beautifully detailed art filled with great action. The story is filled with tension and Casagrande delivers on that tension visually.
