This episode has a lot of content and character development. Each of the major players for this season were highlighted. And all had a segment that pushed their narrative forward dramatically.
As always, Black Lightning finds ways to address current societal issues. And in this episode, the media’s propensity for skewing the truth to push forward propaganda is front and center. These raised stakes affect heroes and villains alike. And similar to the real world, we find that media presentation can influence perception.
