The Rundown: Helgi goes out on his own to recover the eye and learns the truth about one of his companions.
Sneaking out in the middle of the night, Helgi decides to track down the trolls who stole the eye and retrieve it himself to protect his friends. His excursion runs into its first problem when a giant troll captures him.
His friends arrive just in time to save him and Helgi and Stigr head into the troll cave while Kadlin goes for help. When the two men are attacked by an army of trolls, Kadlin arrives with an army of her own leading to a confrontation with a fearsome opponent.
The Story: A consistently fun and often sweet story of friendship. The characters have a great rapport with each other and the reveals are both fun and entertaining. The quest continues to take some interesting twists and turns and the plot is engaging enough to keep me interested in what comes next.
The Art: Odland has a wonderful visual eye and the imagery is beautifully detailed throughout.
