The Rundown: Batman and his team invade the fortress of solitude and take on its security.
After getting his team together, Batman and his team make their way to the entrance of the fortress. Luthor deduces a way in and they find themselves facing one of several security measures put in place by the man of steel.
After going deeper into the fortress and dealing with not only a man down, but their Lantern running out of power, the group finds themselves facing a potentially dangerous trek that might lead to the end of the Dark Knight.
The Story: Whitta delivers an entertaining and thrilling story in the issue. There’s a lot of action throughout the story and some great dialogue between the characters. I love the build up of tension within the story and how Batman deals with this strange group of heroes as well as Luthor. The story ends on a great cliffhanger and I am excited to see what happens next.
The Art: Robertson delivers some great art in the issue. The visuals do a great job of showcasing the tension and humor in the story.
