The Rundown: Vandal Savage makes his move and stopping him will require sacrifice.
As the war in Gotham continues, Vandal Savage and his daughter begin the next part of his plan to collect the satellite hurtling towards Earth. A satellite he promises will give him and his disciples eternal life.
At the same time, the criminals have taken to the streets and Batman will have to team up with Selina to stop them. As they fight to stop the criminals and Savage, one of them will make the ultimate sacrifice to bring down the meteor and save the city.
The Story: Howard and Zdarsky deliver a solid conclusion to this arc. There have been some uneven moments throughout the run, but the story does a good job of bringing all the character arcs to a head and creates some great suspense that engages the reader. The action is great and I love how the story brings the Bat family together.
The Art: Hawthorne and Cizmesija deliver some good art in the issue. The action is solid and captures the tone of the story well.
