The Rundown: Harvey Dent launches an ambitious plan as Batman and his new partner take to the streets.
Harvey Dent has fully embraced his Two Face persona and uses a low level hood to get information on a heist that was recently foiled. A heist whose proceeds he plans on stealing himself for his own reasons. At the same time, Batman and his new partner go out on patrol to test his readiness for the streets of the city.
When Harvey begins his plan, he finds himself at odds with Barbara and her father after he kidnaps the commissioner during the robbery. When Harvey attempts to contact Barbara again, a surprising third party will intervene and force the man to make a potentially fatal mistake.
The Story: Hamm delivers an entertaining and engaging story in this issue. There is some great dialogue between the characters and some interesting character growth as well. I liked the surprises in the story as well as the pace and tone of the plot. There were some interesting surprises to be found in the story and it comes to a head in a great cliffhanger ending.
The Art: Quinones crafts some entertaining and visually engaging art in the issue. I love the look of the bat-cycle and the energy in the action scenes.
