The Rundown: A night out at an underground club ends in disaster.
Legends Pathfinder, Octane, and Lifeline go to an underground club after a battle. Pathfinder remains outside as bots are not allowed entry. Lifeline’s 2nd career is revealed as she and Octane take part in the club’s activities. Meanwhile, Pathfinder runs into trouble with scrappers. The bot then makes its way into the club seeking their friends. Inside, the scrappers initiate a confrontation that leads to tragedy and Pathfinder is apprehended. In the end, Octane calls an associate for assistance and then seeks out aid for an injured friend.
The Story: The second entry in this saga introduces three new Legends. I was immediately drawn to these characters and connected with their energy and camaraderie. I am invested in their well being, and look forward to the next episode.
The Art: This is a good looking issue that is filled with bold colors and detailed drawings. The tone and spirit of the story is perfectly captured. And I was completely engaged throughout.
