Amazon is taking viewers on a new and strange journey with their new anthology series based on the works of Philip K. Dick.
Dick is the author of some of the best science fiction stories ever written and many of his works have been adapted to the big and small screen including Blade Runner, Impostor, Minority Report, A Scanner Darkly, Total Recall and The Man in the High Castle.
Developed by Battlestar Galactica and Outlander creator Ronald D. Moore and executive produced by Breaking Bad‘s Bryan Cranston, the new series will air on Amazon Prime this month.
Based on the short stories from one of science fiction’s most prolific authors, Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams explores humanity in 10 standalone episodes. From 5 to 5000 years in the future, each story in the anthology will question what it means to be human in uniquely ambitious, grounded, yet fantastical worlds.
